1. Start Your Day with a Positive Thought
When trying to raise the vibrations of your thoughts into alignment with what you want, there is no place for negative thoughts. If you dwell on the bad aspects of your life, you will lower your vibrations, which will affect the actions you take toward your goals. And, if you continually state that something is bad, such as how tired you are or how your life stinks, it will come to pass because that is what you are thinking about.
To get around these negative thoughts, you have to start thinking more positively. These positive thoughts should start with the beginning of your day. Instead of waking up and dreading the day or thinking about how much you would rather be sleeping, get into the habit of stating out loud something positive.
You could start by saying to yourself that today is already a great day because you are alive and healthy. Then, start adding other affirmations, such as, "Today is the day I will successfully assert myself to my boss," or any other action that will get you closer to your life goals.
2. Spend Time Meditating to Increase Your Focus
Even if you begin your day with positive affirmations in order to bring your thoughts into a positive vibrational state, the human mind tends to wander. All it takes is one negative thought to bring you out of your positive mood and lower your vibrations.
One way you can get around this is to practice keeping your mind in focus. You can achieve this by meditating on a daily basis. Even just closing your eyes and concentrating on your breathing for 10 to 15 minutes can increase your ability to stay focused. Then, you can use this ability to remain conscious of your goals and the state of your thoughts and feelings throughout the day.
